What services does Delhi Source Hub offer?
We are a B2B sourcing and logistics company based in Delhi. We help businesses across India source products from Kashmiri Gate, Chandni Chowk, Bhagirath Palace, and other major wholesale markets. Our services include product sourcing, quality verification, packing, and shipping.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We generally recommend a minimum order value of ₹5,000 to optimize shipping costs. However, for high-value individual items, we accept single-piece orders as well.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and cash on delivery for select areas. For large orders, we also offer partial advance payment options.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a registered GST number, we provide proper GST invoices with all applicable tax breakdowns.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Typically:
- Delhi NCR: 1-2 business days
- Major cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3-5 days
- Other locations: 5-7 business days
What is your return policy?
Since these are wholesale prices, returns are only accepted if: Wrong product was sent.
Product is damaged during shipping.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
